Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is available within the United Kingdom only.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking an additional 2–4 business days.

Urgent delivery is available for an additional fee and can be selected at checkout.

How do I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. After approval, we’ll share full return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item in line with our return policy and place a new order.
